Polarized positions, “Black or White” or “All or Nothing” thinking, also known as “Dichotomous” thinking…implies conflict, and as I like to say…is a “crazy maker”.
Absolutes, may be appear comfortable BUT almost never lead to peace... between people or inside ourselves.
One of the most common sources of internal conflict, and polarized thinking, is the “Inner Critic”, that nagging voice inside reminding you how awful and inept you are. That unconscious part of you that is monitoring, critiquing, judging, condemning, and demanding more of you all the time...you might think of it as an “extremist”.
There are much more resourceful, and productive ways for that part of yourself to be expressed and still get its goals met.
“Taming the Inner Critic” is a vital aspect of self love, and that is what we will explore as our Valentine's Day Gift to you at our FREE Meetup for February 2021. https://www.meetup.com/TampaBayHypnotherapy-Community-Group/events/274790262/
It is the month of love of course, and our affiliate offers hypnotic audio downloads on “everything love”; dating, relationship, sexuality…and at really affordable prices. They are certainly worth a listen, and we are here if the recordings do not do the trick…https://www.hypnosisdownloads.com/relationship-problems?6081!top100
By the way, how are those resolutions coming? If you would like a boost of unconscious motivation and change, you can request an absolutely FREE copy of last months trance, “Resolutions for Change” by emailing us https://www.tampabayhypnotherapy.com
And if you still find that your conscious mind wants one thing, but you unconsciously keep getting something else, we are here to help bring resolution to that internal conflict, you can always call for a free, no obligation consultation.
Best wishes and Happy Valentines, Tamera
